- Is it really free?
- Yes. Send three photographs and we make you a real reel from them: restored, colour-corrected, animated and cut to music by a person, about fifteen seconds long. No card, no trial, nothing to cancel. It is a preview of the work, made from your own family photographs rather than somebody else's.
- What happens after I have seen it?
- Nothing, unless you want more. If you like what we made, the paid editions take the rest of your collection: five photographs on the smallest one, then ten, twenty, or forty for a film of two to three minutes, with unlimited revisions on every paid edition. You decide that after you have watched your free one, never before.
- What photos work best?
- Any printed or scanned family photos. We restore faded, torn, or low-light shots before bringing them to life.
- How long does it take?
- Your free First Look is ready in 1 day. The paid editions run from 1 to 2 days up to 1 to 2 days depending on how many photographs are in them. Timing starts once we receive your photos. Delivered digitally by email.
- What if I want changes?
- Revisions are unlimited and free on every paid edition. A clip you do not like, different music, a different order, the whole thing recut. One person edits it, so any part of it can be changed.
- What if I'm not happy with it?
- We'll revise the cut, or refund you in full within 60 days.
