Digital product, no physical shipping

Everstory memory reels are digital. Nothing is posted; there are no shipping fees and no
delivery address is needed.

How and when you receive your reel

1. After ordering, you upload your family photos (the number stated on the product page).
2. We process and curate your reel (AI + human touch).
3. We deliver the finished reel digitally, via a download link / email to the address on your
order, within the turnaround stated for your edition on the product page. Timing starts the day
your photographs arrive, and the stated ranges are calendar days, not business days.

If photos are missing or unusable, we'll contact you to re-supply; this may extend the timeframe.

Free First Look

The free First Look sample reel follows the same digital delivery, within the turnaround stated for
it on the product page.

Prices and VAT

Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. VAT identification number pursuant to § 27a UStG: DE357748838. All prices include statutory VAT.
