Digital product — no physical shipping

Everstory memory reels are digital. Nothing is posted; there are no shipping fees and no
delivery address is needed.

How and when you receive your reel

1. After ordering, you upload your family photos (the number stated on the product page).
2. We process and curate your reel (AI + human touch).
3. We deliver the finished reel digitally — via a download link / email to the address on your
order — typically within a few business days of receiving usable photos.

If photos are missing or unusable, we'll contact you to re-supply; this may extend the timeframe.

Free First Look

The free First Look sample reel follows the same digital delivery, normally within about 3 days
of receiving your photos.

Prices and VAT

Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. *In accordance with § 19 UStG no VAT is
charged (small-business regulation). (If VAT-registered: delete this and state that prices
include statutory VAT.)*
